Section 1 - Kids' favorite~功gōng 夫fū

It is very important to have a flexible body for Kungfu practice. For the leg stretching, you need to keep your feet up and have your one hand touching the toes.This punching bag is a real deal !! You have to punch hard and watch out master's sneak attack at the same time.
Ha...ha...I got you!!
